3rd and 4th Grade News

March 5, 2014

Every week, the students in the 3rd/4th grade class have been writing weekly reflections. They reflect on things they’ve learned, times when they were helpful, things they are proud of, things they found challenging, highlights of the week, and goals for the following week. We’d like to share some of their reflections with you.I am proud that I……fed a stray cat and helped it survive….am awesome at chess….did not touch the old car in the museum….finished my memoir and even made an epilogue….learned to play the ukulele….am a Harmony student….finished my biography….finished writing my comic book….finished Mockingjay….that I immediately started to play with the new student and become her friend, because usually it takes me a while to make a new friend. …did a good job on my violin. …am making a marble track. …got ready on time every day of the week. …built up courage to ask the new student to eat lunch with me. …participated in projects that I normally wouldn’t want to do. …helped around the house. …made a flower out of duct tape and paper. …helped my team in hockey….finished my homework early. …cleaned my room. …was asked to tell a story in front of the whole school. …did not get into a fight at all. …did really hard yoga poses. …helped with babies.
