2012 Coffeehouse at Rachel’s Cafe

This semester Harmony middle and high school students had the opportunity to take an afternoon class called Melody and Harmony. Last fall we focused on rhythm and percussion, but this semester we looked at songs, scales, and chords on piano and guitar. The students wanted to do a final performance to show the public some of what they have learned over the semester, so we set up a coffeehouse concert at Rachel’s cafe. The students did a great job, and here are some of the pictures that we took of it.
